What does Insound cost?+

No monthly fee, no subscription. Insound takes 10% of each sale and absorbs all Stripe processing fees out of that cut. 90% goes to the rights-holder.

Why is your fee lower than other platforms?+

We use Stripe Connect direct charges, which means lower infrastructure costs and no fund-holding overhead. We pass those savings to artists. The platform-by-platform breakdown is on our comparison page.

How do payouts work?+

When a fan buys your music, 90% goes straight to your Stripe account. Stripe clears new earnings in about 7 days, then pays out to your bank daily.

Do I keep ownership of my music and my fan data?+

Yes. Insound never claims ownership of your music, masters, or publishing rights. Your fan data is yours.

Can I leave Insound and take everything with me?+

Yes. Take any release off the store whenever you like, and export your sales and fan list from your dashboard. Anything with sales stays hosted so the people who bought it keep their downloads. Your Stripe earnings are already in your account. No lock-in, no penalty.
